Brian is a veteran entrepreneur with 15 years of award winning software development and company formation experience. Smiga's first product, Dynodex, won Best Contact Manager in 1991-1994; his second product, Actioneer, was a top product for Palm and Lotus Notes from 1998-2001. He was recruited as SVP Business Development and Marketing for 1ClickCharge, which he profitably sold to CMGi for $35 million. In 1999, Brian was recruited as CEO of 3Path, a peer-to-peer priority content delivery company, where he raised $10.5 million from Intel, Goldman-Sachs and BRM Capital. Brian is a native of Rumson, New Jersey and holds degrees from Swarthmore College and Trinity College, Dublin.

Peter Westerman - Vice President, Marketing & Web Services
Peter has more than 20 years of marketing experience in the software and media industries. Most recently, he was President of IT Influentials, a marketing consultancy. He is a former publisher of Microsoft Systems Journal, Software Development Magazine, Dr. Dobb's Journal, and CMP Technology's developer-oriented websites. At CMP, he successfully launched several on-line communities, and worked with clients to develop partner ecosystems around their technology platforms. As Vice President/Group Director of CMP Technology's Software Development Media Group, and Vice President of Customer Solutions, Peter was responsible for building integrated media programs for CMP's largest hardware and software clients. Peter's responsibilities at Preclick include product marketing and partner recruitment.
