The following are known issues with Preclick Photo Organizer version 2.9
Locate your version number by clicking the "?" in the top right corner of the application. Older versions of Preclick will have an 'i' in the top right corner of the program.
- You cannot enter dates before 1970 in the digital PhotoBack™.
- There is no way to undo clicking the Add Recent button on the Print or Email tabs.
- There is no way to delete entries from the PhotoBack™ drop down menus.
- Users on rare occasions might experience problems when printing photos on their home printers if they use HP model 9XX DeskJet printers (pages may come out blank).
If this is your problem, click here to fix it.
- Accented letters entered into the PhotoBack do not get embedded into the photo.
- If you added photos to an album and then moved your photos to a new location, the photos will no longer be associated with the album.
- Occasionally users on Windows 98 are unable to use the Preclick email function.
- If you move an edited photo without moving the associated .orig file, you will lose the ability to revert to the original file.
- You can only burn one session to a single CD.
- You can burn to a DVD although Preclick will think you are burning to a CD and will not enable you to utilize all the disc's space.
- Dual-layer DVD burning is not supported at this time.
